Rates & Reservation Information
Cottage Rates
This vacation cottage has a 2 night minimum.
Up to 4 Guests $185 a night.

Rates do not include tax, payable at our in-town rate of 9%.
​
Deduct $25 per night during our low-season, from October 1st through April 15th.
​
Your rate is determined by the greatest number of guests that will be staying at any time during your reserved dates.
​
Guest are to keep and leave our home in good clean unharmed condition. We will finish up laundry and remake the beds. Thank you!

(Due to our small size we cannot accept credit cards.)
To Reserve the Crook Street Cottage Custer,
Please mail a check or money for 1/2 your amount in accordance with the greatest number of guests that will be staying.

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send a letter of confirmation showing your balance plus tax, which is due on arrival. Check-in instructions will also be included.
Cancellations:
A $45 fee will be held from your deposit if cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival. Other wise no refund will be given.
Children Welcome
2 Child limit
Children are welcome but must be well-supervised at all times.
Check In is from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
Call to make other check-in arrangements. We'll do our best to work with you.
Check Out is no later than 10:00am.

No Pets/No Smoking
We have a no pet policy, and smoking is not allowed in the cabins.
