Jakes Bed & breakfast is a
very quiet place! A Great place to just relax and see the Beautiful
black hills of Custer, South Dakota! Jakes bed and
breakfast of Custer, South Dakota is a premier small B&B in the black
hills. We are very close to many attractions like Crazy horse, Mt.
Rushmore, Wind Cave. But We are a Small B&B and only have 3 large suites
for guest, so it is very private and off the main highways. Come stay at

Jakes Master Suite's
Jake's Master Suite's are both located
on the 3rd floor, they are the most Elegant and largest rooms
that include sitting area's, Jacuzzi room & Coffee/Wet Bar
access and 1 complimentary Glass of wine or beer included. These
Rooms Do not have window coverings!
$175.00 Rate (June Thru August)
$30% discount on 2 or more nights, Fall/Winter Rate (September

Junior Suite
Jake's Junior Suite Is located on the ground floor, It was
added to accommodate guests looking for a private, cheaper, Not
as fancy room that has curtains to keep the room darker! It is a
large room with a King, Satellite TV, Private bath with shower
and Does not include Jacuzzi room, Coffee/Wet Bar access or
complimentary Glass of wine or beer.
$150.00 Summer Rates (June Thru August)
$30% discount on 2 or more nights, Fall/Winter Rate (September
Thru May)

General
Policies
at Jake's Bed & Breakfast SD
~Check-out 11 am.
~Check-ins 3-6 pm, or later with prior
arrangements.
~Rates do not include tax.
~Jakes B&B, No food is allowed to be brought in (We
serve breakfast and dinners here) or stored in the Jacuzzi room and main
kitchen refrigerators; Coolers (for beverages) can be brought in and
stored on the bathroom tile floors to prevent Property damage from
leaks! Ice is not available for coolers, electric coolers work best!
~Jacuzzi room closes at 9pm
~If a reservation is made 0 to 14 days before your arrival date, full
payment is due at time of booking. If reservation is made more than 14
days before your arrival date, 50% is due at the time of booking.
~Cancellations: because of our small size, availability is limited. A
$35 fee applies if you hold a room, then change that reservation. If you
need to cancel in the 14 days prior to check-in and we are unable to
re-rent the room, a one night charge will apply.
~Smoking is allowed in designated exterior areas only. You may Not smoke
on the porch or in the building.
~Any special rates, if applicable, must be requested at the time of
reservation.
~Rooms are priced for double occupancy, No discount will be given for
one guest not two.
~Sorry, no children.
~Sorry, we do not accept pets, But we do have Jake the mascot of Jake's
B&B.
